Upon receipt of your return, yepforu.com will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy. Please Note: If you have lost your Order Number, call or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to send it to you. Once we have your product information, we will email your Return Authorization Number and Return Label. For products originally delivered through our White Glove Delivery service, we will also arrange for pick up at your residence or office.
